A six-month rotation
Apple selected me to build internal tools for the Apple Pay team in 2022.
In 2022 Apple selected me for a six-month corporate rotation onto the Apple Pay team. I owned the roadmap and development of its internal tools.
The work: turn the team's debugging and execution pain points into shipped tools.
A Slack app for leadership visibility
Team progress and blockers, visible where leaders already worked.
I worked with leadership to understand what they needed to see. Then I built a Slack app that visualized team progress and surfaced blockers.
Response times improved, and leaders could monitor project status more efficiently.
Bug logs into actionable signals
An automation that parsed bug-report logs to speed up diagnosis.
I worked with engineers to understand their debugging pain points, then built an automation tool that parsed bug-report logs into actionable signals.
Diagnosis got faster and manual investigation dropped.
Testing the Wallet driver's license
Frontline testing before launch, with UI concerns raised.
I was a frontline tester for the Apple Wallet driver's license before launch. I flagged several UI concerns to improve the experience.
